This in turn arms the DHR Representative and Judges with enough proof (evidence) to do what's best for the child or children in question.

Yes, this is a questionable part of the job we would like to see go away. And, it has to be handled very diligently and professionally...this often happens when a parent has lost custody of their child or children but refuses to turn the child over, takes the child and leaves or hides them away. There are all kinds of fancy words and reasons why the law sometimes can't slip in when this happens, but when hired we look the case over very carefully .....then prepare to take the children and place them with the court ordered parent or guardian.
Criminal Defense
